Fall in "Love at First Sight" in this 7 Bedroom, 5.5 bath oceanfront home on the exclusive west end of Holden Beach. Located in Holden West, a private gated community, this home offers spectacular ocean views, a large private pool and private beach access.
The main floor includes a custom kitchen with quartz counters, and gourmet appliances including a 72" refrigerator and freezer, wine refrigerator, under cabinet ice maker, dishwasher, 36" cook top, in-island microwave, and full-size double oven. Expansive kitchen island offers seating for 6 along with adjoining dining room with a table that seats 12. Expansive walk-in pantry tons of space for food storage and coolers. The open concept living room with a two-story vaulted ceiling includes two full size couches, chairs, and comfortably seats large groups for TV watching or hanging out. A powder room and laundry room are conveniently located on the main floor just off the living room.
Three of the seven bedrooms are on the main floor. Each bedroom on the first floor includes its own private bath. The large master is located on the main floor and includes a bath with double sink and separate water closet with toilet, tub, and shower. The master also has an over-sized chair with a pull-out twin sleeper. Please note: Linens are not provided for sleeper sofas, but you can choose to add a set of linens for the sleeper for an extra fee.
The 1/2 acre grounds offer privacy with a fenced yard, over-sized saltwater pool with large pool deck perfect for lounging, grilling or enjoying the afternoon sun and warm night breeze. The spacious oceanfront porch offers panoramic views of the ocean and overlooks the custom, over-sized pool below. The pool is the one of the largest on the island surrounded by a huge pool deck with lounge chairs and rockers. Two large porches on the street side of the house have amazing views of the ICW and boats sailing by. Enjoy evening walks along the lighted catwalk down to the secluded beach. The house is one of the last properties on the west end of the island and is extremely private and quiet. Get away from the madness in your own private oasis,

We stayed at love at first sight and loved every minute. The house was perfect - there was enough room for everyone and the bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated.The kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the dishwasher. I called the property manager, and it was fixed within an hour or two. House was nice and the space was nice but the rooms with queen and full beds need to be replaced with kings and better mattresses. I had to buy mattress pads for all the beds because everone woke up sore from the spring type mattresses with felt tops.

Nice house and location. Managed by a large company that provides no hand soap, dishwashing soap, toilet papaer, paper towels, trash bags or bath towels. They provded bed linens but we had to make the beds ourselves. I wouldn’t stay at a property they manage again.
