Sleeping accommodations include five queen bedrooms and one upstairs bunk room with two bunk beds (four beds total), allowing occupancy for up to fourteen guests. A Pack 'n Play is also available.
The first-floor living area is open and inviting, designed for comfort and gathering. The oceanfront dining area offers beautiful views and an expandable table that seats up to twelve. The gourmet kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, including a high-end Italian induction range, custom cabinetry, and a large quartz island with seating for five—perfect for group cooking and entertaining. New wood flooring flows throughout the kitchen, dining area, and all rooms in the home.
Additional features include five TVs located in the living area, both sitting rooms, one first-floor bedroom, and one upstairs bedroom, along with family games in the common areas. Outdoor amenities include a saltwater private swimming pool, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower beneath the home, and an additional outdoor shower along the pool walkway. The upper level offers a modern laundry room with new appliances, ceiling fans throughout, and a garage-level 240V outlet for electric vehicle charging (guests must bring their own charging cord).
