Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
*Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind*
*Please note: The pool is not heated. Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. The spa is heated and available year-round at no additional cost for guest enjoyment.
*Parking is limited at the property. The garage can fit one car inside and the height of your vehicle will need to be max 5'9". During the peak season of June, July, and August; we will provide you with one parking pass for the street. If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to purchase any additional parking passes through the phone number on property or the Premium Parking App for Kure Beach.
*Two pets are allowed with an additional pet fee ($350 plus tax per pet with a 50-pound limit).

Loved this house! Better than expected: garage has 2 usable spaces and more room than described. BIG problem: downstairs bedroom is not tied into the house’s A/c system and doesn’t cool adequately with the small room unit and fans. This is 20% of the bedrooms in an 18,000 property!! I would rerent this house if not for that BIG problem. I would appreciate your comments! Also the washing machine has a very delicate balance system and the laundry room really needs a sink for the times the machine stops working. If corrections can’t be made for the downstairs bedroom I would love you to recommend some other properties with the same amenities. Parking is a nightmare but could have been so so much easier if even one person on your otherwise very helpful staff had understood how the paid parking works. But they were as clueless as we were when we tried to check in.

The home met all of our needs and was a wonderful place for a family vacation. The location was a highlight. It was only a short walk to the beach, pier, and town, making it easy to enjoy ice cream, the park, and local events (like the market, and children's story-time). The pool was also a huge bonus when traveling with young children.Our main challenge was communication prior to and during the stay. We reached out a month in advance to ask about towels, toddler accommodations, and other amenities not listed on VRBO. We received a partially accurate response two days before our trip (no mention of pool towels or toddler beds). While we were pleasantly surprised to find pool towels, a crib, and a pack-and-play provided, knowing this ahead of time would have saved us from packing and paying checking fees on unnecessary items. Updating the listing to reflect these amenities would be very helpful for future guests.Additionally, the downstairs AC unit was not working during our stay. We chose not to have repairs completed during our visit to avoid disruption, but communication regarding the issue was delayed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home's excellent location and family-friendly features.

The house itself is very nice. The pool and ocean views are great. The house hasn’t been maintained well and we had several issues, biggest of all cleanliness.
