The Big Bird house is fantastic! It has beautiful views of the ocean from multiple decks, private access to the beach, and a private pool. My family could not find anything we didnt like about the house or location. The host responded quickly to my inquiries, and made the entire process seamless. This experience was absolutely perfect!Cannot wait to do it again next year.

The house was wonderful, perfect location and amenities. The pool was perfect when we were tired of the beach. The space was plenty - we all had a great time!

We had an enjoyable stay at Big Bird. We stayed with our family members and our two young children. It was very convenient having a bathroom for almost every bedroom. The beach access was great and we also enjoyed the pool. The beds were all very uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty and needs to be organized. Considering the price, we were disappointed that the kitchen was not cleaner, there were no shower products provided and only a very small Dial hand soap at each sink. For the price point, we expected fresh linens in every bathroom, shower products provided, nice hand soaps at every sink, and a clean kitchen that was better stocked/organized. Overall, the home was mostly clean. The home owner was very friendly and helpful and responsive to messages. If the house were just a little more clean and well-stocked, we would definitely come back again. The beach location was great, not very crowded, and we really enjoyed being able to walk straight on to the beach (especially since we have young kids). The owner also provided an included service company that brought chairs and umbrellas and set them up for us every day. That was great and very helpful! If you are looking for a massive house with tons of bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out, this is the one! Be aware parking is very minimal. We were able to park 3 compact/mid size SUVs. The two garages are not usable as one is locked for the owner storage and the other was full of stuff.

Large, beautiful home that has been very well-maintained. Comfortable beds. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with and made everything easy. In our group, we had 10 adults and 3 children, and the property was large enough that we all had plenty of space without crowding etc other. Would absolutely stay here again.
