About this house rental
Welcome to Sol de Mar (Sea Sun) Beach - an exciting new contemporary oceanfront property on Fort Fisher Blvd. North in Kure Beach. Leave your shoes at the door and sink into this wonderfully new and well-appointed slice of paradise. Stroll out to the beach, relax at the swimming pool, read a book on the porch, or enjoy the multitude of activities our beach and town have to offer.
This brand new home has an open and contemporary design inside and out. Enjoy the sweeping and commanding views up and down the coastline from the porch, the main living areas, and the master bedrooms. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking lots and public beach access points.
There is a large wraparound deck accessible from both living/dining areas as well as the primary bedrooms. The decks overlook the ocean, pool, and a large patio area. The private elevator takes you from the ground floor up to the top floor. There is nearly 1500 square feet of decking and patio space.

Wonderful space for our family of 24! Lots of little kids so the beach access was super convenient. We loved all the bunk rooms too. Plenty of space for everyone! The pool was a little on the small side but kept us entertained for sure! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and even spices etc. You do have to exit each floor and go outside to get to the next level. But the kids had fun punching in the key code. And the communication with Jeff, the owner was outstanding!

This home is beautiful. We rented the entire house in July 2020. The duplex nature of the home was great for our family. It allowed for some time apart and a lot of time together. Breakfasts and lunches could provide some quieter times. The view of the ocean is simply gorgeous. Walking in the front doors, you immediately see it from both levels. That never gets old throughout your week. You can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your balcony. We loved spending a day at the beach, coming home for some afternoon pool time and then drinks overlooking the ocean. The house is well maintained, clean and inviting. The owners and property managers will make sure your stay is simply wonderful.
