About this house rental
Welcome to Sol de Mar (Sea Sun) Beach - an exciting new contemporary oceanfront property on Fort Fisher Blvd. North in Kure Beach. Leave your shoes at the door and sink into this wonderfully new and well-appointed slice of paradise. Stroll out to the beach, relax at the swimming pool, read a book on the porch, or enjoy the multitude of activities our beach and town have to offer.
This brand new home has an open and contemporary design inside and out. Enjoy the sweeping and commanding views up and down the coastline from the porch, the main living areas, and the master bedrooms. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking lots and public beach access points.
There is a large wraparound deck accessible from both living/dining areas as well as the primary bedrooms. The decks overlook the ocean, pool, and a large patio area. The private elevator takes you from the ground floor up to the top floor. There is nearly 1500 square feet of decking and patio space.

Ground (pool) level has 2 half-bathrooms and an outside shower next to pool
Minutes away you will find an 18-hole public golf course, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher State Historic Museum, coffee at Happy Hippies or Crush and Grind and many family-friendly restaurants. A Publix grocery is 2.5 miles away.

- Kure Beach is a family oriented village where quiet hours are strictly enforced by police.
- Minimum age of primary/onsite renter is 25 years old.
- No pets/animals allowed on the property, but pet boarding is available locally.

I’ve rented homes across the country and across the globe and this was one of—if not the best—rental I’ve ever had. Our hosts were extremely communicative and accessible. The house was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. Incredible beach views and amenities. We rented both units and would do it again in a heartbeat. A remarkable stay at a remarkable home with remarkable hosts!

The property was gorgeous, clean, and right on the beach. This was an amazing experience. My host was responsive, helpful, and provided us so much information upfront so checking in/out was a breeze. Will be back
