Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
*Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind*
*Please note: The pool is not heated. Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.
*Parking is limited at the property. The garage can fit one car inside and the height of your vehicle will need to be max 5'9". During the peak season of June, July, and August; we will provide you with one parking pass for the street. If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to purchase any additional parking passes through the phone number on property or the Premium Parking App for Kure Beach.
*Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee (PER PET - 2 Dogs MAX - 50 pounds)

The house was amazing with a wonderful view. The updated kitchen was great and the pool/hot tub had updated controls that took a little bit to get used to but the management company was very helpful. Would stay again.

Everything was excellent except . the hot tub never heated up. The dishwasher didn’t work even though we reported it the next day . No one ever came to fix it like we were told . Finally I called about an extra parking pass as we had 3 cars . I was told via text I didn’t have to worry about it because we were out of season . We got a 65 ticket the next day . I called several times to see what could’ve done especially after the text saying we were ok to park on the street . They pretty much told me too bad too sad . We would have to pay it . Did NOT expect that .

We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed all the amenities provided. There was an issue with the AC, however the management group quickly had someone come out and fix the issue without haste. We were very impressed on the house and the managing group. We will definitely stay here again.
