This child-friendly apartment on the second floor of a three-storey building can host up to 5 guests. Guests have access to the shared garden with a kid’s playground, table and a shared BBQ during their stay. Its lake-view living room welcomes natural light that keeps the ambiance bright and fresh. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, and a kitchen-diner. This open kitchen-diner is equipped with a six-seater dining table, an oven, a range cooker, a fridge, a cooker hob and an electric kettle. -

The holiday apartment on the hillside with gorgeous views of the lake is ideal for those looking for a peaceful vacation in an Italian resort town close to the lake. The nearest public beach from the house is Spiaggia di Castello which is about 18 minutes’ drive. There is a host of other beaches that are about half an hour\'s drive from here. Guests have a choice between restaurants and cafes that are located close to the house (about 3-5 minutes) or drive up to the beach and enjoy their meals while watching the lake.
The house is located in Gargnano (9km), the largest district on the Western side of Lake Garda. It has a variety of terrains- plain, hills, mountains and the lakes- offering a myriad of activities to enjoy. It is home to a number of events like a Jazz concert, expositions and races. For historical buffs, there are a handful of places of interest like the church of San Francesco and San Martino, the rice gardens and architecture of Villa Feltrinelli and Villa Bettoni. For those who love a few outdoor activities and sports, the locality offers sailing, windsurfing, diving, mountain biking and horse riding opportunities. There are also a few fun parks nearby.
There is a golf course(10km) and a tennis court (9km) at a short drive from here. The nearest airport is about 150 kilometers from the apartment.
