Garda Friends Apartments

Die Gastgeberin war extrem nett und hilfreich in der Frage nach Essen und Infrastruktur. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Lage war super, da Maderno nicht überlaufen ist und man von dort aus gut die Umgebung erkunden kann.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and pleasant. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare small meals, and it was great to enjoy them on the terrace with a view of the mountains. The owner was lovely, and we had good communication with her via WhatsApp. She gave us helpful recommendations on what to see and where to eat in the area, and even let us pick fresh figs and tomatoes from her garden. The location was also excellent — very close to the lake promenade and the beach, with a great restaurant just downstairs. We’d love to stay there again in the future. :)

As mentioned in other reviews, the parking area is more suitable for smaller cars (our Toyota Auris Combi didn’t fit). It wasn’t a problem for us, as there are plenty of free parking spots just a few hundred meters away from the apartment — but keep that in mind if you’d prefer not to walk.

The atmosphere created by the owner, Francesca, who paid a real attention to if her guests feel good. She shared with us many details on possible activities in the surroundings to do in both nice and bad weather. The top of the top was a party on the local street with locals - an amazing experience. Thank you, Francesca ❤️ The house itself is very nice, comfortable and with an interesting view to the lake Garda. You can reach the beach walking for round 10 minutes maybe. Close to the house, there is a local bakery - you can imagine how smells fresh bread in the morning 🙂 We can recommend Garda Friends Apartments as a very nice place for stay at Garda.

Clean space, very nice host, many things to do around the apartement and some in the city, close to the beach (about 5min walk), it was spacious and welcoming.

The kitchen is only equipped with the essentials which was enough for smaller meals. The parking situation was a little complicated for a big car but the host was super helpful with that.
