Lovely apartment with beautiful views over the lake

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a terrace with wonderful views over the lake and lovely pool.

We had to pick up the keys in another place and we did not get any introduction to the apartment, which was slightly strange. And it is a bit far walk to nearby restaurants or the lake itself.

Bel appartement avec lit confortable, piscine et parking couvert, mais organisation des clés confus.

La piscine : grande et agréable (même si l’eau était très froide, 18°). Le lit : excellente qualité, très confortable. La place de parking : couverte, pratique et sécurisée. La vue : belle vue sur les montagnes. Le personnel : le monsieur parle bien français, ce qui est pratique.

La piscine collective et non privé : l’eau glaciale (18°), difficilement utilisable. Les clés : l’annonce indique que les clés sont à récupérer à l’hôtel Le Lido. En réalité, il faut aller dans cet hôtel uniquement pour donner sa pièce d’identité et payer les taxes. Ensuite, il faut encore se rendre à un autre hôtel, situé 10 minutes plus loin, pour finalement récupérer les clés auprès d’un monsieur qui accueille sur place. C’est très mal indiqué dans l’annonce, perturbant et même choquant car on a l’impression de payer un hôtel qui n’est pas le nôtre. L’accès à l’appartement : trajet compliqué, comme un labyrinthe en voiture, pas évident pour quelqu’un qui ne connaît pas. La cuisine : très mal équipée – une seule prise pour tous les appareils (cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes), il faut tout déplacer pour brancher. Aucun produit de base fourni (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas d’éponge, pas de torchon). La salle de bain : pas de savon ou produit pour se laver les mains. Les prises électriques : très limitées, une seule prise pour tout (lampe, téléphone, ordinateur). L’accueil : personnel très peu présent, juste bonjour/bonsoir, pas de réel échange. La dame ne parle pas français. La vue : en partie gâchée par des filets verts de protection dus aux travaux en contrebas. L'appartement n'est anti allergique rien de spécial. L’annonce douteuse : en ligne, seules les photos de deux grands appartements sont affichées, alors qu’en réalité il y a 4 appartements proposés à la location. Cela crée une fausse attente et une déception lorsque l’on découvre que l’appartement réservé ne correspond pas aux photos vues.
