An ideal space for our short stay.

Loved the space, the character, and the AC.

The clock tower is couple of meters away. The belts start at 6am and last one is at 10pm. The market is every Monday right under the terrace. The place is not soundproof. The motor parking is just under the place. I would not recommend it if you don't have deep sleep.

Beautiful location!

Apartment is basically 150 feet from the lake. Convenient groceries even closer. Parking is not far away, and you can walk everywhere as town is beautiful.

Superb

It was realy a pleasant stay. Apartment is very cozy and clean. There was everything we needed for our stay (towels, shampoon, coffee, netflix and a bottel of wine :)). Car park is 4-5 min walk from an appartament.

The couch in the living room cannot be used for sleeping anymore, its mattress is out of function.

Exceptional

The flat is situated very well, just a few minutes walk down to the cosy little harbour, where also the ship's to Maderno leave. The grocery store downstairs is just great and has all you need. The flat is furnished tasty and has a little balcony with the lake view.

Great location!

Located some 100 m from the lakeshore in „downtown“ Torri, side lake view from the narrow balcony. Two supermarkets very close. We parked our car on the large parking lot behind the castle, which is a little walk that we didn‘t mind.

Property was clean and well equipped (no dishwasher, but we didn‘t care) ... but we had to (partially) find our way ourselves: Communication with the owner only via e-mail or WhatsApp, so we got some advice but had to figure out some crucial things ourselves instead of being show around, so some things just took time. E.g. warm water heater was off, and so was the fridge (where it finally turned out that we had to move a cupboard to get to a switch that was off obviously by accident).

Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht in der kalten Jahreszeit

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung schön. Es war sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Das notwendigste zum Kochen war vorhanden.

Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung Ende November sehr kalt/unbeheizt. Das Thermostat und alle Regler an der Therme sind durch abgeschlossene Boxen oder durch Abkleben dem Mieter/Gast nicht zugänglich. Der Vermieter verhindert so jedes eigenmächtige Temperaturregeln durch den Mieter (auch im Winter). Trotz sofortiger Reklamation hat es drei Tage gedauert und die cleaning lady des Vermieters musste drei Mal kommen bis man die Heizung endlich für uns angeschaltet hat. Inzwischen war die Wohnung bei einer Außentemperatur von 5 bis 10 Grad so ausgekühlt, dass wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Außerdem muss sich der Gast für das Parken von November bis März jeweils ein Ticket kaufen - kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es nur beschränkt (max. 2h). Von dem Vermieter gab es bisher nur Sorry (wir können zwar für ein kostenloses Wochenende wieder kommen, aber bei einer Anreise von 12 Stunden - nein danke).

Ubytovanie, ktoré prekonalo naše očakávanie.

Výborná lokalita v centre, malé obchody s dobrým výberom domácich potravín hneď pod balkónom s výhľadom na jazero a centrum s reštauráciami a trhom. Malý prístav odkiaľ vás povozia na člne. Apartnán zariadený s talianským vkusom a dobre vybavený. Je tu všetko čo potrebujete aj na dlhší pobyt. Veľmi dobrá a rýchla komunikácia s majiteľmi. Ideálne pre pár, ktorý sa rád prejde po uličkách s obchodmi a reštauráciami a ktorému nevadia kostolné zvony Radi sa vrátime.

Nah am See und der erforderlichen Infrastruktur. Mittendrin sozusagen. Parkplatz für das Auto.

Schon gewusst, da ich schon mal da gewesen bin. Aber Ruhebedürftige suchen sich bitte was anderes. Kirchenglocken 🔔, Marktaufbau am Montag, tägliche Müllabfuhr und Anlieferungen vor 6:00 sind nur einige Lärmquellen.

Fewo Torri del Benaco

Alles war wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber. Wohnung war im Winter bei Ankunft schon angenehm warm. Sehr netter Vermieter Fabio. Man fühlt sich Wohl hier und gut aufgehoben Danke Fabio! Zentrale Lage mit Balkon. Lebensmittelladen der alles hat, Obst- u. Gemüsemarkt gleich vor der Türe. Auch unser Hund (Englisch Setter) fühlte sich sehr wohl und wenige Gehminuten von der FeWo an der Promenade entlang ist ein großes eingezäunten Hundeareal, wo die Hunde frei laufen und spielen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
