Communication with owner was excellent before and during the stat. The condos offered all the amenities of home. Beautiful views with extremely short walk to the beach. I would higly recommend this place for a family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone set up for families to bond and enjoy family time together

The condo is an awesome distance from the beach with a really nice view. It definitely needs a deep cleaning when we got there Sheets and pillowcases were still in the dryer. Definitely bring extra towels and beach towels.I don’t know if the neighbors downstairs we’re on vacation or live there but I have kids 7,9,13,16 and 17 and they were complaining at 9:00 because they were Being kids I never saw a quiet time but I don’t consider 9 late.Two rooms without tvs and the front door is a pain it’s heavy and hard to open I probably wouldn’t stay again but that’s just my opinion

We had a great time. The walk to the beach was perfect. Not too far to walk. Especially when going up to eat etc.. The house was a good size for us all. Kids had their room and the adults had theirs.

Positives: The location is great-short walk through the dune-as well as the view. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. The rental contact's response was prompt.
Negatives: The kitchen is very outdated. The oven is so old, it's a bit scary. There were no rugs to wipe feet on inside. We could constantly hear the family above us walking around. The tubs are very narrow and a bit slippery. The supplied towels smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The "picnic area" is a table under the building with barely enough clearance to walk. Overall, unit could use some touch-ups and updating.
