Trying to accommodate a large family? This 7 bedroom and 3 bathroom beach house is large enough for 16 people. The seven bedrooms are:1 Queen, 1 Double/1 Twin, 2 Twins, Twin Bunk Set, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Double/1 Twin. Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.
The Barnett House Top has everything a large family needs to enjoy their beach getaway but the layout with a great room is also delightful for smaller parties too! Life doesn't get any better when your sitting out on the large ocean front porch or when you are able to just walk down the stairs straight to the beach. There is a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining table large enough for the entire family. 3 TV's with cable or Roku, DVD, washer/dryer and central heat and air and free Wi-Fi. With a $200 "Pet Fee" you can even bring along your Fur-Baby! New refrigerator, refreshed interior Décor and Park-Style Grills added in 2022. Mattresses refreshed for spring of 2023! New for 2024: New Kitchen Floor, several new kitchen appliances and refreshed interior paint

Have had the pleasure of using this unit several times,it's really comfortable and well maintained the kitchen is very well equipped the patio and backyard yard area is awesome for whatever family activities you have planned the neighborhood is very quiet and not far from shopping or dining....this place is highly recommended. We just spent a long weekend at Barnett House upstairs with our kids and friends for spring break. It was perfect! The layout is awesome with plenty of beds to choose from, Jack and Jill bathrooms, a kitchen with absolutely everything you could possibly need, an amazing breeze through the center of the house when the doors are open, and a porch filled with rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view! We loved the long table for our low country boil and the grills were simple and easy when we wanted hotdogs and burgers. The whole house has a great weathered beach cottage feel. We would LOVE to come back! Wear your flip flops in the grass! The burrs got me once! The WiFi handled lots of teenagers devices no problem! TVs in almost every room even though we never needed to turn them on. It really was a treat!
