This lovely and spacious oceanfront condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 cable TV's (50" flat screen in the living room ), DVD, a washer/dryer for your convenience and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the master bathroom.
This property offers both a oceanfront pool as well as a street side pool (heated in April and October), a nice sundeck and grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, overflow parking and free Wi-Fi.

This place was awesome. The Location was a quiet, easy to access area. Grounds were well kept. Condo was well appointed and spacious. North Beach realty was super ...check in was easy and any issues( minor) were delt with promptly and courteously. Their office staff was polite, very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great room and view. Great maintenance too. We had the AC go out one day and they had it back up within a couple hours of being notified which i really appreciated. Stuff like that happens, but it's all about how they handle it when it does, and they did fantastic. A

It was great! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and just hang out ! Our room was above the pool and Scott ( the pool guy) was so nice to our autistic 4 yo grandson every morning.

This is a tough review because although this property did have some basic essentials, was very clean, and was in a great area; It could definitely use some sprucing up, and also lacked basic supplies that are typically included.Let’s start with the positives. It was a clean property however the couches felt as though they were going to cave it as soon as you sat on them and were VERY worn. The location is great, right by barefoot Landing and overlooks the beach.The cons this property For us on this day for the fact that there was literally no hand soap in the kitchen or any of the Bathrooms (weird supply to be missing..). Also the pots and pans were very worn and made cooking very very difficult in this unit. Also the lack of keyless entry does make for a more difficult check in and check out process. You have to obviously pick up and drop off keys when arriving and vacating the property. if there is more than two families in the party you obviously have to coordinate who has keys.
