This beautifully decorated 1st floor unit can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in the 2nd bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Doubles in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
Enjoy this spacious unit and all that it has to offer from the large oceanfront balcony off of the living room and master bedroom to the newly updated kitchen with all new stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master bath offers both a stand up shower as well as a jacuzzi tub to enjoy after a day on the beach. This lovely unit is equipped with 5 TV's, 5 DVD, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen including both a regular coffee maker and keurig.
Beach Club I is conveniently located in the family oriented Windy Hill Section where you are close to any grocery store, restaurant, shopping outlets and activities desired. The property amenities include a outdoor oceanfront pool (which is heated in April and October), grill facilities, sundeck, outside showers, lobby key entrance, both on-site and overflow parking and free wifi.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and love it here! It is in a great location right on the beach for easy access and it is never crowded. There are lots of businesses nearby for everything you may need. All of the tenants here have been super nice that we have encountered. It is always clean but, there have been items missed by the cleaners left in odd locations the last few times we have stayed here. In any rental like this always be sure to check everywhere yourself especially, if you have children, because they will 100% find it lol

This place was great! We loved the location and how convenient it was for us to bring up our luggage with the trolley, not many locations have this. Beach access was ok only thing was that it didn’t have a ramp so we had to carry up/down our wagon to/from the beach. I felt the cleanliness could have been improved. Some areas didn’t feel as fresh as expected. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and polite upon arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend reserving this location again but with a more detailed cleanliness.

Layout of the unit was perfect for our family of 6. Unit was well maintained and well appointed with high-end appliances and furnishings. Beach views and location were beautiful and relaxing while being centrally located to stores and entertainment. Would love to visit again soon!

This is our 2nd time renting this property for our annual family vacation. The location is perfectly located beachfront which is very convenient with small children. Unfortunately the unit had filthy carpets and area rugs, stains on bed coverings and bugs were spotted in kitchen cabinets when we were unpacking. Sheets and towels were clean but we chose to wear shoes at all times while inside, prewash anything we used from the cabinets and elected to use the quilts stored in closets rather than existing bedspreads due to appearance. We paid a LOT of $ for a week’s stay and honestly expected better. The owner did replace patio furniture from last year which was a nice touch. The realty staff is very pleasant.
