Windy Hill Dunes unit 304! Oceanfront! Luxury High-rise with pools, lazy river and kiddie pool. Private parking garage connected to the building via a walkway at the third floor, insuring direct access to the unit with no need to use elevators.
This immaculately furnished and decorated condo has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach. You are virtually sitting on the beach in the third floor balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square ft), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. Hardwood flooring in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, with flat-screen TVs in each room. The kitchen was just upgraded with new cabinets and granite counter-tops.
The ocean-front living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and love-seat with a flat panel TV featuring 70+ cable channels. Enjoy preparing delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washer, dryer, and additional cabinet storage.
The dining table accommodates 6 comfortably, with 2 additional bar stools.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bath features dual vanities, a walk-in 4′ by 4′ shower, and a 4′ by 6′ jetted whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and also has a private bath with a combination tub and shower. The third bedroom features two double beds. Just outside this bedroom is the third bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

The condo was so welcoming and very clean. We really appreciated this as first time guests. The idea of a keypad instead of physical keys was a nice feature so everyone could come and go as they pleased without the worry of losing a key. My husband really appreciated the tall chairs on the balcony, as it made it easy for him to enjoy the view. It was very quiet and a great place to relax. We’d definitely return here!
