About this house rental
This spacious beach house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths allowing accommodations up to 10 people with 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 Doubles in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Doubles in the 3rd bedroom. Extended families can be accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit (which is a 7bd/3ba that sleeps 16) is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.

New for Spring 2025: updated bedroom decor and new washing machine.

The Barnett House gives you all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 4 TV's, and heat/AC units in each room. For a $200.00 "Pet Fee" you can also bring along Fido!
The Barnett House is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is within minutes of all the Best Places on the beach like Hamburger Joe's, Barefoot Landing and Hawaiian Village Golf just to name a few.

Our stay at the Barnett House Bottom is always enjoyable . Good location and close to the beach. The cleaning service is not the best. Dirty floors, shower with mold.Both AC units in master bedroom are noisy.The upstairs unit vibrates the wall in the master bedroom. AC in laundry room was not cooling. Screen on porch door needed repair so I fixed it myself because of the flies.
