Joe was an awesome host and very easy to communicate with. His "how to get in" video was very helpful. The unit was clean and perfect for the solo traveler or couple. Definitely not for more than 2 people. Very close to the beach and at the northern end of where they groom the beach, which was perfect. Go north and you can walk away from the crowds. Go south and you'll find all the people you could ever want. Highly recommend this property and will rent it again if I'm ever in Clearwater Beach. Thanks for the great peaceful stay, Joe!

The host was very accessible and communicated well. The bed was comfortable. There was very little space for our clothes, There was one new beach chair, the other chair was very dirty and needed replacement. The coffee maker was very dirty to the point we would not use it. The refrigerator leaked condensation onto the floor and had a very noisy motor.
