About this apartment rental
Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Well situated apartment that was very close to beach. Very clean with all the needed appliances including pots, pans, silverware and washer and dryer. Chairs and umbrella provided for use on the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Steps from the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The place was just right for my wife and me. Would stay again.

The host was very accessible and communicated well. The bed was comfortable. There was very little space for our clothes, There was one new beach chair, the other chair was very dirty and needed replacement. The coffee maker was very dirty to the point we would not use it. The refrigerator leaked condensation onto the floor and had a very noisy motor.
