Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

The place was nice, clean and overall nice and would stay again. Clean and well kept. Inside unit and pool was right out side the door, and that was cool. It was quiet at night so no late pool parties to worry about. Very easy walk out the back to the beach entrances.
This particular unit is Not a 1 bedroom but a suite. I was expecting a 1 bedroom but not a big deal for a few days stay, so we did not complain but it should be fixed on the listing.
Bathroom fixtures need a bit of upgrade to match the rest of the place and updated kitchen.
Entrance was through a back walkway and was hard to find at first, thus good to know for future arrivals.

There is everything u need within walking distance. The pool is very nice. Beach is right across the street. The property is clean and communication with the host is always open! Would definitely stay again.
