About this villa rental
Among the green hills of the beautiful region of Marche, you can find 'Villa dei Ciliegi', a typical country house. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and the sun terrace with a stunning view. 'Villa dei ciliegi' is between the Sea and the Mountains. The station ski of Sarnano and the coast village of Porto Sant'Elpidio are at only 25 km. The archaelogical site of Falerio Picenus is at only 3 km. A short distance there are local shops where you can find typical and regional specialities.
The property has 2 houses: one for the owner and the other one to rent. The Owners live in the property only few weeks during the summertime.
The Villa has all the comfort you need. On the ground floor there is the living room with the fireplace, the dining corner, large windows over the hills, the kitchen with dish-machine, a large fridge and freezer, owen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a shower bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. The Villa is 180 sqm, but you can rent also only a side composed by the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, 120 sqm for 4 people. In the garden you will find, table, chairs,for your dining 'al fresco' and sunchairs and sunbeds in the pool area. A baby cot and a high chair are availble for our little guests. A caretaker lives in the property, in a separate apartment.
The listed price is up to 4 people - From 5 to 8 people there is a surcharge of € 250.
The final cleaning is € 100 up to 4 people - € 150 up to 8 people.
Heating paid under consumption of gas: € 1,20/cubic meter.
Security deposit of € 400.

This is a beautiful property in a delightful country setting. Mr Benito was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet and away from the crowds holiday, so peaceful . Just wonderful.

Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation.

My family has visited in Italy many times but never had so amazing views from the house than in this one. The pool was also very nice, it's situated few meters away from the house and between the owners house. Mr Benito, lives in the upper apartment, other side of the house and takes care of the house and surroundings. He was very kind and helpfull when we needed something. Though speaks only Italian.
Bedrooms were quite plain, but ok, kitchen had everything we needed. Nights were very hot, even at the end of June. We had troubles getting good night sleeps because of the heat. But luckily there was insect nets on the windows so you can keep windows open at nights.
The only thing we didn't like was the insects. And there were a lot of those inside the house! Dead bugs on the floors even when we arrived, not very welcoming. I'm not sure how the house had been cleaned before us. The owner should do something about it. Also had few scorpions in our family room downstairs. You should leave some light on at nights.
And a little wish to the owner: it would be nice to give a small welcoming package to new clients, for example water, juice, bread, fruits etc. We have always had that before this place and it makes new clients to feel welcomed. Especially when we arrived in the middle of the night and tired to the villa and shops were closed. It would have been nice to have something ready at the villa. It is a big bonus.
Otherwise a good experience and location is nice. There are couple of very good restaurants near by, in Sant Angelo in Pontano. Try restaurant Duilo and Pippo & Gabriella. The best tiramisu we ever had!
