About this house rental
Relax, unwind and have a great time in this spacious home with plenty of room! Located in Geneva minutes away from SPIRE Institute, wine country and the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip!
Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

-Spacious living room with board games and smart TV
-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in
-Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs
-"Bedroom" #4 with two twin size bunk beds with memory foam beds, dresser and arcade game.
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
-Half bathroom
The second level:
-Bedroom #1 with king size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, sofa and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower.
-Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
-Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV
-Fully stocked linen closet
We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish soap, laundry soap and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!
This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.
Outside:
-Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.
-Plenty of parking

~Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!
~There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.
