Located minutes away from 30+ Grand River Valley Wineries, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, beaches and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, you will always find something to do, grab your friends and we'll see you soon!
Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

▪️Bedroom #1 with king size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower and soaking tub.

▪️Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV
▪️Fully stocked linen closet
The loft level:
▪️Bedroom #4 with 3 king size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, sofa and smart TV
We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!
This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.
Outside:
▪️Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.
▪️Plenty of parking

Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, and yard. The basement and certain closets will remain locked.

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.
