The Geneva Crush House is a recently remodeled century home that is in the center of the Grand River Wineries and Geneva On The Lake. This beautiful home is walking distance from Geneva’s historical downtown area where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a morning coffee. Additionally, the home’s location is just a 5 minute drive to over a dozen breathtaking wineries and Geneva On The Lake. A stunning exterior and the cozy, private backyard is just a preview of the luxury that waits inside. Boasting two floors, four bedrooms, two full baths, open living and entertainment space, and a cozy backyard can accommodate up to 8 guests. Pack your bags and grab family and friends for a spectacular get-a-away!
As you step through the entryway and into the generously, large kitchen, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove. The cabinets are stocked with all of the dishes, pots, pans, plates, coffee maker and glassware needed to prepare a meal. Furthermore, the open floor plan to the dining area (seated for 9) and living room equipped with a Roku TV is perfect for gatherings. The home also has a three season room off of the living room for additional space to relax and enjoy family and friends.
In addition to the living area, the first level is also home to a beautiful guest bedroom. This room includes a queen bedroom with an attached en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full) are located on the second level and share a full bathroom. A washer and Dryer are also located upstairs off of the King Bedroom.
*Guests will be provided with a roll of paper towels, two extra rolls of toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, dish soap, hand soap and two packets of coffee.
First Floor: Living Room with Sunroom Access, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with En-Suite Bath.
Second Floor: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Full Bedroom, Laundry Room, Full Bath.

Beautiful and charming property with great space and amenities. Location was perfect for walking to and from downtown. Easy Uber ride to Geneva on the Lake. We loved all the places to sit and hangout. We appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, ample amout of dishes and towels, and charm of the house. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful but we had some unruly neighbors but that wasn’t anyone’s fault. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Over all we enjoyed the property. The trains were annoying. Especially in the middle of the night. There was an ant problem on the front porch but we just didn’t go out there. The house is beautiful on the inside. The outside is cute but the neighborhood was a lil sketchy. Close to Spire though.

Of all the vacation rentals I've stayed in, this one was the cleanest and most thoughtfully designed. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space for gathering and separating. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the condition of the property was excellent. If you have light sleepers, just know that there is some noise from trains, but that would not deter us from staying here again. The hosts were attentive and kind. I loved the place so much, I felt compelled to send a message of appreciation midway through our stay.
