Named for the lifeguard tower that sits on the beach just below the property, Tower 36's Upper Unit, features all the luxuries you love and would expect! The home has been redesigned to enhance guest experience through comfort and elegance. Tower 36 Upper is the upper unit of a home with an expansive 2,500 square feet of space featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Unobstructed ocean views can be seen from the expansive living space which includes cantina doors providing indoor/outdoor access to the front balcony. The spacious living and gourmet kitchen spaces allow ample room for preparing meals, playing games with family and friends, and entertaining loved ones. The Space
This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

In between the Tower Lower master bedroom and the Tower Upper master bedroom there is a locked maids closet, that neither unit, so both units are secure.

Absolutely loved this property. Location was perfect for access to beach and the shops/restaurants of Carlsbad. Property management team was extremely responsive and wanted to help make our trip awesome. I 100% recommend this home!

We stay in Carlsbad every year and usually use Vrbo. The property manager informed us a week before our stay that there’s construction next door. No time to change my trip or get a refund. Mon-Fri at 7 am sharp it was super loud up until 4.
We would have not booked this property if this was disclosed to us.
Mornings were just awful in this place.
We love the town and location but not the early wake up. Morning coffee on the balcony was also a no go.
We expect better from VRBO and we expect some form of refund or credit toward our next stay. We paid ~$10k for the week and didn’t have an experience consistent with what we paid.
