Named for the lifeguard tower that sits on the beach just below the property, Tower 36's Upper Unit, features all the luxuries you love and would expect! The home has been redesigned to enhance guest experience through comfort and elegance. Tower 36 Upper is the upper unit of a home with an expansive 2,500 square feet of space featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Unobstructed ocean views can be seen from the expansive living space which includes cantina doors providing indoor/outdoor access to the front balcony. The spacious living and gourmet kitchen spaces allow ample room for preparing meals, playing games with family and friends, and entertaining loved ones. Take full advantage of your views from the private rooftop deck with a heart warming fireplace and a gas barbeque for you to use.

This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front, beautiful walking paths, and a fun clean beach.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft. Parking garage clearance height is 96".
