Named for the lifeguard tower that sits on the beach just below the property, Tower 36's Lower Unit, features all the luxuries you love and would expect! The home has been designed to enhance guest experience through comfort and elegance. Tower 36 Lower is the ground floor level of the home with an expansive 2,500 square feet of space featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom (actually located on the second floor) and the expansive living space which includes access to the unit's ocean facing front porch. The spacious living and gourmet kitchen spaces allow ample room for preparing meals, playing games with family and friends, and entertaining loved ones. Take full advantage of your views from the private ocean facing patio.
The Space
This oceanfront unit has three bedrooms, two and half bathroom, and is located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

We all loved this beach house. The location was great, being directly across from the ocean and two houses down from the crosswalk to the beach! We traveled with children ages 2, 4, and 6 and all walked to the beach and down the stairs just fine. The home was well appointed and comfortable for our needs. Nick and Elisa were quick and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful week!

This home exceeded our expectations….Beautifully decorated, incredibly maintained, and well supplied to meet all of our needs. The location is one of the best in Carlsbad with convenient beach access and still walking distance to town. This is a very spacious house that is as lovely as pictured.
