The house features an air-conditioned living room that opens onto a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen, 3 bedrooms with built-in closets, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two double beds. An additional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Stunning single-story home with high ceilings, 130 m² in size, located in the countryside, featuring a large, fenced-in garden with trees covering 2 hectares, complete with a large, fenced-in swimming pool measuring 9 m by 5 m, with no neighbors directly across.
The house features a bright, air-conditioned 40 m² living room (with a large picture window) that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen of approximately 40 m² as well, plus 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 160 double bed and storage.
One bedroom with a 140-size double bed, and one bedroom with two 90-size beds.
Storage space in all bedrooms.

1 kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, an additional oven, and a microwave.
The house is ideal for children to play in the large outdoor area: playhouses, soccer, basketball, table tennis, a hammock, pétanque, and more. .
The property features a wooded lot with a large natural area, a large fruit tree garden, and a spacious 50-square-meter south-facing outdoor terrace with a shade sail and a plancha grill. Ample private parking.

Since we’re renting out our main home, we’ll ask you to feed our two cats (who live outdoors) and a few chickens during your stay.
