About this villa rental
Large villa for 6-7 people, tastefully furnished, ideal for a large family or for two couples with children. Situated on the outskirts of a picturesque and tranquil village, from which many excursions are possible. Recently and completely renovated, it offers all modern comforts. The 1st floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens to a large living through sunny all day and a balcony overlooking the west; 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a shower room for the other. On the ground floor, entrance hall, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one opening, as well as the TV lounge, on a large terrace and a large fenced garden with trees and large lawn, ideal place for children's games. WC on each floor. Fully air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Closed courtyard and parking. Decreasing rates according to duration: 10% on the second week, 20% on the third.
Frequent animations Sommières, located 5km, for adults and children can enhance the stay.
The seaside resorts of La Grande Motte and Grau du Roi is located 30 km. The mountains of the Cevennes National Park and an opportunity for many excursions. Two equestrian centers, one in Sommières and the other near Nîmes can enchant children, as well as opportunities for swimming in the Vidourle. Golf in Nîmes (20 km). Bike path around the village. The website of the Tourist Office of Sommières is rich in information activities and recreation.

Un sejour fabuleux a 2 familles avec 4 enfants!! Maison spacieuse, cossue, renovee avec bcp de gout, fonctionnelle (rien ne manque) et ultra propre. Les photos sont pourtant moyennement flatteuse alors que les volumes sont enormes, la renovation de cette demeure familiale faite avec gout, les meubles de famille ont bien leur place. Le jardin est superbe et constitue un terrain de jeu ideal et securisé. L absence de piscine etait un critere essentiel pour nous avec des enfants en bas age mais la proximité de la riviere a fait la joie de tous: epuisette indispensable!!
Les proprietaires sont adorables, dosponibles et d excellent conseil.

Maison très confortable, spacieuse, idéale pour 2 familles.
Propriétaires accueillants, très chaleureux.
Situation géographique idéale entre Nimes et la Méditerranée. Point de baignade à 5Km.
Petit bémol : la cuisine à l'étage ne permet pas de profiter pleinement des repas en terrasse côté jardin. De plus le lit bébé pliant à disposition est peu sécurisant pour un enfant de + de 6 mois. Un lit parapluie est disponible sur demande.
Nous conseillons cette location pour des vacances au calme et pleines de découvertes.

hemos estado en casa de Mme Bourguet la ultima semana de agosto del 2014. La dueña de la casa y su marido son encantadores y nos hicieron un gran recibimiento su atencion ha sido impecable desde el primer dia que contactamos con ellos hasta el ultimo. La casa esta perfectamente descrita en el anuncio, no hay sorpresas. Es una casa acogedora, agradable y muy practica con todo lo necesario para su estancia en la misma. A nuestra llegada a la propiedad estaba limpia y en buen estado para nuesta llegada. Hemos estado dos familias de cuatro miembros cada una y la casa esta dispuesta de tal forma que cada familia esta independiente dentro de la vivienda que cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y tres baños una cocina con todo lo necesario ademas de un gran jardin. Muy recomendable

à 50 minutes de la mer et proche d'une belle campagne aux pieds des Cévennes, vous apprécierez les espaces d'une maison moderne, très confortable (grand séjour, belle cuisine, excellente literie pour les 4 chambres et climatisation). La banne sur la terrasse vous permettra de vous reposer devant un jardin très bien entretenu.
