You can relax by the pool, in the garden and enjoy the summer dining room.
The accommodation
The property sleeps 8 to 10 people, it is composed of:
A main house of 200m², comprising:
- Bedroom 1:24.6m² with bathroom (1 bed 140 + 1 extra bed 90, armchair type)
- Bedroom 2:26.3m² with bathroom (1 bed 140 + 1 extra bed 90)
And an independent studio of 54m² with bathroom and kitchenette (1 bed 140 + 1 extra bed 140, sofa bed type)
It also includes:
- Kitchen: 20m² equipped with table, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
- Living room: very spacious 52m², exposed beams, fireplace, 2 large sofas, a large table.
- Air conditioning: upstairs in the corridor of the main house + in the studio.
- Baby cot, on request.
Outside:
- Swimming pool: 10m x 5m
- Garden: 500m²
- Shaded summer dining room of 40m²with gas plancha
- Private courtyard with trees: with 3 parking spaces.
- Equipment: Parasols, sunbeds, deckchairs.
Passenger access
A person will be present to welcome you, show you around the house, check-in and give you all the necessary information for your stay.
This person will also be present at your departure to check out.
A deposit cheque of €800 must be given to him on arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

Services not included to be paid in addition:
- The supply of household linen (sheets for each bed and 1 large towel per person)
At the price of 30€ / person, to be paid in addition on arrival (at the same time as the deposit check)
