L'endroit a un charme fou. On a l'impression d'entrer dans un jardin secret où règne le calme et la sérénité. Les hôtes Liz et Tom sont attentionnés et discrets. Il y a quelque chose de singulier dans ce lieu, on a l'impression que le temps s'arrête.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast is served as a matter of course, quite late at 9. This does affect your day. There is poor lighting in the rooms. Also a very noticeable musty (garlicky?) and unpleasant odour in the common area and hallways. This is not due to the age of the house! Also, be aware there are limited facilities in the room. We did not think that this hotel warranted a 3 star rating. The pictures are not accurate. Wallpaper is peeling, for instance. Shower facilities are old. The house is lovely but fading.
