It was the perfect size and location. We enjoyed being ai close to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen was sufficient, but a full set of pots and pans would be helpful. It wasnt an issue because we onlu stayed 3 days. If we had been there all week we would definitely need more

Excellent location. House was clean and the AC worked great during a very warm week. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor grill area. Host was very prompt and helpful with a dead battery on the front door lock and a small wasps nest by the stairs - both taken care of right away! Would stay again!

Nice house. The front door is severely warped so neither the queens lock nor the deadbolt can close. There is construction across the street. The construction company claimed both sides of the road so we had nowhere to park. We had an unpleasant interaction with the construction crew when we dated Park in front of our rental. There was a coordination issue where the next tenants asked to check in early and we're told it was okay. We were ask asleep at 1130 when the next tenants wakes in asking why we were there (door wouldn't lock). That could have ended badly. There's too few towels and the cookware needs to be replaced. Other than that, great living room, comfortable beds, and excellent location.
