With 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 baths it sleeps 21 guests comfortably. It has a big pool, a hot tub, boat dock, pool table, foosball table and a ping-pong table. This home is dog friendly and is everything you are looking for in your family beach vacation.
Beachside Bliss sits on Back Bay and with a newly built boat dock you can fish or rent a kayak and have it delivered to your door and enjoy exploring the wild beauty of the bay which is part of the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
Prefer the beach? Great! Walk out the front door and have your toes in the sand within 3 minutes.
Inside this renovated beach home you will love the hardwood floors and bright beachy colors. A brand new kitchen with glowing granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. Just off the kitchen is a wide deck in the front of house for outdoor dining and lounging whilst offering a peak at the Ocean. The themed bedrooms make it so much fun for everyone else.
Each bedroom has an mounted flat screen TV for games, movies or TV watching.
3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs provide ample space for everyone to kick back and relax. With adjoining rooms, a king bed, 3 bunk beds and a daybed, the downstairs area is a perfect hideaway for the younger guests.
The upstairs master suite offers a beautiful king bed with private en suite bath and it's own private deck overlooking the Bay. This is sure to keep the winners of this room relaxed and happy to enjoy a quiet evening on the deck or a quiet movie from bed on the large mounted flatscreen TV. Two additional spacious bedrooms upstairs provide queen beds and lounging sofas.
The upstairs has very open floor plan with the kitchen overlooking the living room and dining area. The living area provides an expansive view of the Back Bay and the exquisite sunset and sunrise views Sandbridge is famed for.
This sure will be the gathering place for all the guests so a large screen TV is provided for movies,TV shows or games. A surround sound system is set up for a party atmosphere. Reclining large leather sofas provide extra sleeping spots for guests exhausted from too much partying to sleep in.
The garage has been upgraded to provide additional space for entertainment. Ping pong, pool, fooseball, and air hockey tables are provided. It has small treadmill for the the fitness buffs. Garage also has a TV and a surround sound system.It opens outdoor to the pool area in the backyard.

If you need extra blankets, pillows or kitchen towels please bring them with you along a plenty with beach towels.
Beds will be made for you the day you arrive. Beds come with bedspreads or quilts and pillows. King, queen and full size beds come with two pillows, twins and trundles come with one.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinner wares, coffee cups,glasses,utensils,small appliances including a coffee maker,toaster and a blender.
The pool and hot-tubs are cleaned on the day of your arrival. We will do our best to keep all these clean and ready to use on your arrival.

Just the problem with the Ants in the kitchen. We could handle that. But the game room in the garage was not up to par. Missing pieces and non- working games.

The owner was very accommodating and very friendly. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I just hope future guest respect his property and treat it like their own home.

The house was big & roomy. The beds were comfortable. The amenities (game room, heated pool, hot tub, corn hole) and fishing from the dock were great! It was a close walk to the beach. Ray responded to my questions quickly.
Things to note: the pictures online need updated (front deck furniture , pool furniture, dining room furniture and the game room), some repairs need to be made, and the pool is not cleaned or checked during your stay.
Overall we had a great stay!
