About this house rental
Welcome to Spinnaker, located just a short stroll from the beach in the peaceful North End of Sandbridge. Beautifully designed for large family gatherings, this spacious retreat offers multiple living areas, stunning ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and reconnect.
Step outside to your own private oasis featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, and multiple covered decks with beautiful views of the ocean and beach.
1st Floor:
The first level features four bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queen bedrooms), three full bathrooms, and a convenient mini kitchen complete with a full-size refrigerator and an eat-in table for six. The family room on this level includes a large flat-screen TV, a selection of DVDs, books, and games, plus a twin sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. You'll also find a washer and dryer and a pool table for hours of family fun.
2nd Floor:
The heart of the home, the second floor boasts soaring ceilings and an expansive family room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV above the decorative fireplace, and access to a wide deck with outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room provide plenty of room for family meals and gatherings. Two King bedrooms with private ensuite baths are located on this floor, including one luxurious primary suite with a jacuzzi-style tub. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.
3rd Floor:
The top floor includes one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms, each featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. The loft area offers a twin sleeper sofa and access to the wide front deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking ocean and beach views. Two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms are shared between the bedrooms on each side of the floor.
With multiple gathering spaces, a private pool and hot tub, and easy beach access, Spinnaker is the perfect destination for your next unforgettable family vacation.
**Please note:** The outdoor shower is open-air and is not enclosed, making it perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Beds will be made for you on day of arrival.
Pet Friendly! We welcome up to two dogs. Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend along. The pet fee is $250 for the first dog and $200 for an additional dog (maximum of 2 dogs).
Pool is available based on weather ranging from mid-May through mid-September.
Several of the previous reviews submitted were prior to transitioning to our property management company. With that said, we have made several adjustments to each of our properties to ensure the best experience for your stay!

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.

I live in Virginia Beach and have rental Beach houses a dozen or sotimes. The house is very nice. The rooms are spacious. The TV on the 2nd floor where you eat and socialize has very small TV and is not even a tv you can get apps on. Disappointing in such a nice house. The kitchen stove has a knob for the large burner come off and neither the can opener or the egg beaters worked in the kitchen. The house could use a little love but is a very nice house. If I owned it I would put ceiling fans in all the rooms. Overall still a very nice house with a great location. I love Sandbridge in general so a very nice house and location.

First the good.....Great home, Nice space and layout, excellent location!Now the not so great: Initially, the home was not cleaned to our standards, but additional cleaning was offered to remedy the situation.There were some hiccups with the dryer not working (it was replaced) and the furniture being dingy/well used. We rented late September and were told due to being the end of the season it was being replaced....but that didn't help our situation. Overall, loved the house and location. We never rented a "pet friendly" place before and maybe this was a contributing factor.

The house needs new furniture and a new tv in the main living room, wall and handrail painting and landscaping in the backyard. The wall to wall carpeting the bedrooms is old and should be replaced. The location is great just across from the ramp to the beach. Bedrooms are a nice size. The bathrooms are generally a bit small, but the master bath is nice.
