About this house rental
"Smile n Wave” boys…this premier beach vacation property will put a smile on everyone's face! Easy walk to the beach with direct beach access path beside you, private pool, hot tub, and convenient location combine to help you make great memories for the entire family. Bonus for kids: Fenced back yard with grassy play area by pool...what a treat at the beach! Three levels of professionally decorated living areas give you room to relax and spread out with high end finishes throughout. The top level allows the whole family to relax, enjoy the ocean breezes on the deck to prepare and eat meals all together with ample seating in a fresh, cool beachy design. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Cooking for a crowd is a breeze with ample countertop space and two dishwashers on the top level.. There are two workstations with sinks and the bar has ample space for extra help with meals or dining. The great room has a 52 Inch LCD TV, surround sound and deck access. Coming off season? The electric fireplace gives a warm ambiance to your stay. The house has two levels of decking on the front and back with second level wrap around deck on one side. All bedrooms are master suites with LCD TVs.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Booked for 60th Birthday Party weekend.
House was large enough for our group of 16.
Loved having en suite bathrooms for all bedrooms except for one on bottom level which was no biggie.
Too early in the year for pool but used hot tub.
House has all you need.
Loved all the decks space.
Loved the pool bar.
Loved the green space, which was used for corn hole.
Easy walk to beach and to the small grocery store that has everything you need in case you forgot something.
Only two downsides were: noise level carries throughout the house. Be sure to bring ear plugs!
Blue chairs in living room are stained and gross! House needs a super deep clean for sure!

We booked this property 11 months out to celebrate a college graduation with family. The house had plenty of room with couples having their own bedroom and private bathroom; we had 11 adults and 7 children. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving needs, plenty of plates, glasses, and mugs. A Keurig and two coffee pots were clutch. enough bath and hand towels and face cloths, however, the kitchen only had one dishcloth and one dish towel, so bring extra. And there is no cooking supplies such as salt and pepper, spices, etc., you need to bring ALL cooking needs. The bathrooms all had a new rolls of toilet paper, so if your stay is extended you'll need to replace on your own, along with kleenex and paper towels. Also, bring dish detergent and dishwashing detergent. No beach towels or beach chairs. The pool area was wonderful, very well maintained. We had an amazing stay!
