Independent and completely renovated gîte, located in a small, quiet and authentic village with its old fountain, where you can enjoy a lovely view of a green landscape. La Maison Rosalice has retained its charm of yesteryear with its woodwork, while offering you today's modern comfort.
On the edge of the Vosges, you will be equidistant from the spa towns of Vittel, Contrexéville and Bourbonne-les-Bains (parks, swimming pools, casinos, golf, lakes). Recreation ground (cycling, petanque, picnic) in the town. Exit Motorway A 31 at 3km.
Ground floor: Kitchen equipped with an induction hob / dining room, living room (1 extra single bed 120 cm), shower room and WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and small mezzanine (1 double sofa bed: sofa bed). Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Cleaning fee: €30. Garage. 1 bicycle and 2 mountain bikes available. Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading)
