We had only a 5 night stay so we didn't use the laundry facilities, but they are there and so are other usual facilities. It is a rather large house with a well equipped kitchen, a nice garden room and a lovely small garden. Upstairs a large living room (which we didn't use, because of the garden room) and two nice bedrooms. We didn't manage to use the existing WiFi (no problem for us, because we could use a handy as a network server) but it is there and the owner says "it works"? And a small warning: don't forget to bring towels (in the cottages we rented before this one bedlinen and towels were included, but we forgot to check here beforehand: bedlinen is fine, but no towels.

Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Goed gelegen tussen al de andere kleine dorpjes. Huisje iets aan de donkere kant maar voor de rest alles oké. Zeker het plaatselijke restaurant eens proberen Chez Céline (speciaal) Reserveren en enkel op de middag open. Brood en croissant verkrijgbaar in het plaatselijk winkeltje. 2 croissants en 1 koffie ter plaatse genuttigd 3€.

Delightful owners but not a house for the summer. During the day, even with sun out, it was necessary to put lights on in the house because living room and kitchen were in the middle of the house with no windows.

Quelques jours passés à Sarrey sous un beau soleil. Les enfants ont aimés le city stade à deux pas de la maison. Une randonnée au départ de la location fut appréciée par toute la famille. La visite de Langres et le lake parc au lac de la Liez au top. Petit bémol pour la connection internet impossible même avec le wifi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sarrey, dans ce gîte propre et bien placé. L’accueil des propriétaires est sympathique. L’aménagement satisfaisant et les pièces spacieuses sont un atout ainsi que le jardinet clos pour y passer un moment avec chiens, ou un barbecue. L’endroit est agréablement situé pour des randonnées en nature et visite de quelques sites. Quelques bémols : le wifi annoncé ne fonctionne que très difficilement, ainsi que la télé ( seule distraction le soir en hiver) et le chauffage électrique qui grossit fortement le budget de location pour 10jours en ayant été très économes. Il faut faire attention avec des enfants ou personne âgée à l’escalier qui mène aux chambres à l’étage. Néanmoins je recommande cet endroit !

De woning in Sarrey was uitstekend, ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren die er naast wonen waren hartelijk en gastvrij. Kortom, we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

We hebben genoten in Sarrey. De omgeving is prachtig, we hebben echt bij kunnen tanken. Ook het huis was ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, luxe in een vakantiehuis. Er was één minpuntje en dat was de wifi, die kregen we niet aan de praat. Maar zelfs dat gaf ook wel weer ontspanning. De eigenaren, die ernaast wonen, waren alleraardigst en hartelijk. Ze deden erg hun best om ons verbijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Kortom, een geweldige vakantie. Merci beaucoup!

Gîte agréable et au calme

Le gîte est situé dans un village très calme et les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Le logement est joli, confortable et tout équipé, mais attention il est très grand (important question chauffage). Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il ne faisait que 14° dans la maison. La présence d'une cheminée aurait été très appréciée dans une maison ancienne. Le gîte est sur 2 étages et toilettes et salle de bain sont au rez-de-chaussée. La terrasse à l'arrière est agréable et privative (possibilité de se promener dans le grand terrain du propriétaire). Points importants à signaler : 1) La consommation électrique incluse dans le prix n'est que de 8 kw par jour, ce qui est insuffisant, notamment en période de froid car le chauffage est électrique et donc gourmand en énergie. Le surplus de consommation vous est facturé le jour du départ. 2) Ménage à faire avant le départ ou payer un surplus. Malgré ces petits inconvénients le gîte est à recommander.
