This was such a fun & unique overnight stay on our long drive from Paris to Geneva. Our family of 5 loved the experience of sleeping in a treehouse in the middle of the woods. The accomodation is very charming but of course facilities are quite basic, so be aware that you have to walk a little way to toilets & showers. We drove 15min to eat after the very helpful host Jean pointed us in the right direction. A very memorable experience.

WOW!!!!! WHAT A PLACE, THE HOST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH. WE WERE ESCORTED TO OUR TREE HOUSE, 12m HIGH, UP SOME STEPS THEN A LADDER UP TO THE HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, VERY QUIET AND RELAXING. WE GOT OUR EVENING MEAL DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE AND WE HAD TO PULL IT UP IN A BASKET! THE SAME FOR OUR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. NO ELECTRICITY OR WASHING FACILITIES IN THE HOUSE, BUT HAD A DRY TOILET, WE WERE ALLOWED TO CHARGE UP OUR DEVICES IN THEIR PROPERTY! VERY WELCOMING, EVERY PROPERTY WAS DIFFERENT AND UNUSUAL. A VERY EXCITING EXPERIENCE (if the owners had our email they would have advised us of the options they had on offer...we would have been placed in a different accommodation due to my hip! I managed though and enjoyed every minute of the experience)

The tree houses are works of art. Awesome artistic details throughout -- I took pictures of every window in our place. The house seem like something that could only exist in a childs imagination. The house we stayed in had enough space for 6 people to sleep comfortably, although we only had 2 adults and 2 children. The hosts spoke English and were very nice and waited for us when we arrived later than expected. The place was certainly as clean as I would expect for a tree house. There is a bucket toilet in the house, and a normal flush toilet and a shower at the reception building. The breakfast was simple and good (bread, butter, jam, yogurt, coffee/tea). My 7 year old son pulled breakfast up on the rope and pulley system. We could see some of the other houses in the distance from our place, but we did not hear anything from other campers. There was also a thunderstorm overnight, and we felt comfortable and safe and dry in the tree house. We hope to stay again sometime.
