About this bed and breakfast
5 minute drive from Churchill Downs, Its the perfect place to call home for a few days. Carriage House is the privacy and luxury combined you've been looking for. 1800 square foot multi level carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably. and can accommodate 6. 2 Bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, and half bath in common area, there is room to spread out. First bedroom has a king sized bed, with a loft. The ensuite bath has a 14 foot tall duel shower with skylights, custom mirrors and finishes. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, comfortable bedding and origional art. This ensuite offers a spa soaking tub, double vanity and with an additional custom circular shower. Granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances including ice maker and microwave. Skylights thru out, a sizable deck directly off of the kitchen, vIntage record player with records, remote control fire place, free local cable/wifi and local original art thru out and more await you here! If you don’t know what to look for it’s kinda confusing to find. But Chris was easy to get ahold of and explained it to us very well. Great experience and would definitely stay again.

The carriage house is a very unique place to stay, very clean, and in a great location! The neighborhood is beautiful and nice to walk around with a lot of interesting history to explore. Would definitely stay here again!
