Very nice room
The noise from outside

The location was nice. The bed was comfortable.
There was not one chair to sit in in the advertised "sitting room", nor a single table to put anything on. We brought snacks and drinks and had to sit on the bed to eat. We asked for a chair or a table and we were allowed to use a tiny one from the lobby and the desk person said she could give us some from outside (which had mildewy/moldy cushions on them and were sitting out in the rain). There was no lighting, other than the end table lights. The divider on the "balcony" was removed between our unit and the one next to us and two large metal pieces were sticking up, causing a hazard. The drawers for clothes could not be used, as there is safe in one and the other is unable to open because of placement of the end tables. There was no coffee in the room other than decaf (no one wants that in the morning). To top it off, when we arrived and said "Happy New Year, how are you?" to the front desk worker, she replied, "Wish I was anywhere but here." What a lovely welcome to arrive to. After we saw the room and the abysmal features, we asked about a different room, to which we were told there were none, but could clearly tell later in the evening that there were others available, We are local and have stayed at many hotels in our city, and this is the first time I can say that I have stayed somewhere and will NEVER book again. If it was not NYE and all other hotels were booked, we would have left and gone somewhere else.

Super cute, historic building in an amazing location. Plenty of food and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would also highly recommend The Switchboard, a coffee house in the hotel- 11/10.
The room got pretty cold during the night, which was sort of expected given it was in the low teens at night and the building is made of concrete- recommended bringing warm pjs if you'll be staying during the cold season.

Location
Cement floors not inviting had a drunk guy try to get into our room from outside middle of night. Left a day early will never go back. Not Hilton quality at all. Undesirable staff and cold atmosphere

Breakfast was just pastry, sandwich and coffee. Location was fantastic and when available the parking lot was convenient. Near many coffee places for breakfast.
The room is too sparse with insufficient lighting. There was no chair so to watch TV had to sit in bed! Bigger on design than comfort.

Clean & location
3rd time staying here because of location. EVERY time we stayed our key did not work after coming back from dinner. Also computer was down when we got there and after dinner had to call a manager to check in and get key, it was a few hours in between us checking in and returning from dinner, computers still down, manager still had to be called. Either fix the computer or get manger on site when issues com up.

No drawer or cupboards in rooms for clothes

Location is walkable to many dining options
NOTE the hotel sells outside passes and parties to rent out the VERY small pool. I would not recommend staying here with children (we do not have kids) because the pool patrons give this an "adult only" vibe. On-site coffee shop ran out of breakfast food before 9:30 and on-site bar/restaurant was not open yet so we tried to bring food from a local carryout to the pool area to enjoy at a patio table and were told by a VERY rude and unprofessional looking young woman that we would have to eat on the sidewalk area outside of the hotel pool/patio area. We stayed at this hotel twice last year (before it was acquired by Hilton) and were allowed to bring in outside food if the hotel restaurant was closed.

Location was good
They charged $100 more than the price on booking.com
They gave us a room with broken blinds
The pool was full of so many people all chairs were reserved and was not able to get a chair plus they were having a big party and no one informed us before booking and I asked about pool multiple times before our stay
It was my birthday weekend and they whole reason I wanted to come was to lay by the pool and relax and I did not get to do that

The location of this hotel is amazing. The rooms, hallway and pool area were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool is a bit small but I came on a weekend in the summer so I expected it to be pretty packed.

Great location and such a cool vibe! I love how the decor gives tribute to the history of the building (disco ball factory). The staff was very friendly and it was convenient to be able to check in and out on my phone.
There were no chairs on the balcony in our room. I was a little disappointed because I paid extra for that specific balcony room. If we really wanted chairs I'm sure we could have asked so not a huge deal. I wish there was more lighting in the room. There wasn't any overhead lights just the hallway light and lights next to the beds (which one of those was burned out). Again not a huge deal; just a little odd.
