South Seas - 2 Bedrooms

We had a fantastic stay! The multiple outdoor seating areas were a favorite for photo ops, with the screened in central room and pool being our favorite for lounging the day away! The ocean steps and water sport amenities were easily accessible and perfect for our family time in the evenings!

Nice home with a beautiful view! We would recommend this place!

We stayed for a week, 2 couples. House was nice. Porches are screened in, which helps with mosquitos. BedRooms are good nice size and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was better than most places we have stayed as far as dishes and pots& pans for cooking. 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators makes it nice for small groups to enjoy meals in if they prefer. Pool was nice and good temperature. Not cold but not too warm. Plenty of pool towels for us were supplied. Cove is really nice to explore and snorkel or just swim around. We took advantage of that several days. Only about 3 feet deep once you get out to buoy so would be good for children too if you wanted to teach them to snorkel at your own pace. Would recommend this place for those looking to relax and enjoy nature side of this island. Side note bring bug spray Or get at grocery store. They have had a bunch of rain which is making mosquitoes worse than usual. We didn’t have problem once put spray on though.

We’re giving this property three stars, not for the house itself, the amenities, or the view, but because it’s a lot to pay for a property you cannot fully utilize, a pool that’s left unattended, and staff who make you feel like a burden. A bull was roaming the property for most of our stay, and while we understand there wasn't much the property manager could do (the script we were told over and over: there is nothing we can do, it's out of our hands), we also felt they did not take our concerns about a 1500 pound animal with horns seriously and seemed annoyed with us when we expressed concern. We were literally laughed at by one of the employees at one point. The employees are young, and clearly don't have the experience or maturity to be respectful of guests. They put up barriers upon our request, a couple ladders which the bull could clearly jump over, but they seemed annoyed at this request as well. We ended up parking our car across the driveway, which deterred the bull from entering, and using the provided kayaks to block the path to the gazebo. But, for the price paid, not feeling safe to use the whole property was a bummer. A drone with a camera arrived on one of our last days, hovering over us by the pool, not sure if that was the property management or a neighbor. Pool was never cleaned during our 8-day stay, we ended up getting the net out of storage and attempting it ourselves. Positives: location, ocean access, comfortable beds, nice house.
