We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. A starter bag of coffee would have been nice, but the grocery store was fairly close. There was plenty of parking. The neighborhood was very quiet. Public access to the beach was within walking distance. Extra towels would have been appreciated for the hot tub. Master bedroom shower was small, took a long time for hot water and had low pressure. The sheets on the master bed didn't fit will and slid off during the night, but the bed was comfortable. The additional beds were less comfortable - one was noted to be hard as a rock. The home could use a little love. There were chucks of plaster missing on the corner of the entry area - presumably from people running their luggage into it. The kitchen faucet needed to be tightened to the countertop. The furniture was older one sofa recliner was not working. The sofa in the office was dirty looking. The office space was appreciated, however. Notes on trash day and the different colored bins would have been helpful as we missed trash pickup and weren't clear on if both bins were for regular trash or not. Also printed instruction for check out were not provided. I was able to find my email for the information but having it in the binder would have helped the others in our party prepare. We enjoyed seeing the deer and turkeys in the area. The hens came through our backyard one morning. We loved Old Town and had great meals there.

kitchen was not adequately supplied with pots and pans. Hot water heater was not large enough for four people.
