The place has a great location, just needed to have been more clean.

Location and the view.

Place was very dirty and dusty. The garage smelled so bad, and the steps into the garage were discussing. There was a pillow in one of the beds and smelled like dirty hair.

Excellent place for 6 adults (& a dog)...great location to beach and town.

The location and set up of the property is great. It had a fenced back yard with planted yard, which made it private and good for our dog to go out into. It was literally across the road from access down to the gorgeous face rock beach. The family/dining/kitchen area was well set up and roomy for 6 people. The entrance is easy to come in from the elements and remove coats, boots, etc. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had most everything and basic things like: salt, pepper, oil, some seasonings, coffee filters, etc. The BBQ worked quite well.

This place had most everything needed...a latch on the back fence (rather than a rock to hold it closed) would have been great. It would have also been great to have a large fry pan. It had large pots and bowls, but only small skillets, which made a group breakfast making difficult. It would have also been nice to have a shoe scrubber thing by the front door, to get sand off of the bottom of our shoes.
