On four floors there are 4 sitting rooms, 12 bedrooms including 9 en-suite, a large kitchen, a dining room table which can seat 26, a billiard room, a Ceilidh room, a dog house and 3 open log fires.
There are beautiful lawns (including a BBQ area) and grounds to be enjoyed outside, complete with Arboretum and lochans, natural woodlands and plenty of walking and cycling tracks to be explored and experienced throughout this stunning Scottish estate.
The House is let for minimum of 3 nights other than in High Season when the minimum duration is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.

Lettings commence at 4pm on the first day of guests and end at 10am on the departure date unless otherwise agreed. The guest period cannot be extended without the Owner’s permission. Guests will be liable for any cost whatsoever incurred as a result of an unauthorised extension.

An extended family get together combined with some distillery visits. It’s an older property with bags of character, kids loved it, plenty of room for all. Hosts were very helpful and comms were great.

The house is brilliant and really spacious. Had everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful in the autumnal weather. We will definitely be back!

Fantasitic! We booked for a family wedding and couldn’t ask for a better place! Ample rooms to host the wedding dinner, and also the evening entertainment, plenty of places to socialise or to hideaway if you needed a break! The grounds are amazing well worth a stroll through.Our guests have already asked us to book for our 1st anniversary and make it a yearly event.Excellent communication, any problems that cropped up were delt with straightaway

Week rental with family and friends, all over 60. Kitchen great. Good showers! Nice grounds. Lots of sitting rooms but we stuck with one nearest kitchen- furniture a bit old with collapsed pillows and some scary kitchen chairs (tried to find some glue to fix).
