Over priced , the resturant was good but most of the spoons and plates wasnt clean

Spacious and clean cabin, with a great view and comfortable beds. High quality place. Impressed by the crystal wine glasses and nice silverware and dishes in kitchen. Great amenities. Games. Breakfast was included. Nice shore along the lake. Would have liked to stay a couple more days!

We thought we access to a grill, but it needed to be booked ahead. It would be nice to list that Nespresso pods are available during stay.

We booked the downstairs cabin, and the rooms and views were absolutely stunning. The cabin has direct access to the lake, with beautiful views all around. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with a huge living room and plenty of space throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there are even three TVs, making it a perfect place for a relaxing family stay.

There is a lot of room for improvement, which is a shame because the place itself is absolutely stunning. It’s the little details that could make a huge difference and turn it into a perfect stay. For example, the toilets didn’t flush properly, and the washing machine was extremely dirty inside, so we decided not to use it. The service was also quite disappointing. The staff were friendly and clearly trying their best, but the team didn’t seem properly prepared or trained for hospitality. I believe a more experienced, locally based team would make a big difference, especially as part of the experience is about discovering and enjoying the local Scottish culture. Unfortunately, the restaurant was another weak point. Both breakfast and dinner were below expectations in terms of quality. Personally, I would rate the food around 5/10, and considering the prices, I found it extremely overpriced. This is, of course, just my personal opinion, but with some attention to these details, better hospitality training, and improved food quality, this place could be truly exceptional because the location and property itself are amazing.
