The stream of emails, messages and warnings from management was very unwelcome. The tone was unfortunate.

The location was perfect for our 4-day stay in St. Andrews. The space was ideal for 2 couples. We especially enjoyed the beautiful living room with comfortable seating, and the fully equipped kitchen. The inclusion of a washing machine was especially helpful as we had been traveling for a few weeks. Overall the price for the high quality and comfort of this space was exceptional!
My spouse and I arrived about 2 hours early before check-in. We messaged the host to request an early check-in but were denied. We called the property number to ask if it would be possible to store our luggage until check-in but they said there was nothing they could do. While we know requests like these can't always be accommodated, our experience with the property company was not helpful.
