About this villa rental
La Finquita is a wonderful finca in the centre of Mallorca with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature.
You will love the outside area of the house. You will be able to enjoy the large garden and the tall trees that offer resting areas in the hot summers. In addition to the 8.5m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and the terrace with barbecue area.
The interior of the house is decorated in a rural and family style. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. Also, there are three sofas and satellite TV. The Wi-Fi works throughout the accommodation.
The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.
The Finca "la Finquita" is located on the outskirts of Vilafranca de Bonany, in a very peaceful and quiet area. The village of Manacor is only 15 minutes away by car. It should be remembered that in the village of Villafranca there is a weekly market where you can go shopping. The coast of Calas de Mallorca is less than 20 minutes away by car.
If you would like to visit us at Christmas or in the low season, there is heat pump heating.

Juan was a great host. He replied very quickly, solved every issue we had, answered all my questions. The house itself is a little old, but has a charm and soul. The area is very peaceful, you won’t hear anything, just a rooster in the morning. It was a little cold to enjoy the terrace and pool, but in the summer it has to be a great place where to spend vacacion. Central location, so 30-60min to every part of the island.

The finca was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the private feel of the property, which allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and memorable holiday.
