Relax in this chic and artfully designed condo. This sun-kissed 1-bedroom apartment in Irving Park is located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a tree-lined quiet green neighborhood
You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 - 30 min as we are 2 minutes to the 24/7 EL blue line stop (train) and the I90/94 interstate. Our apartment is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago & O’Hare airport. We are in a crime-free part of Chicago & have FREE PARKING. Our place is close to the interstate and the local metro stop (the EL blue line), so visitors from smaller cities may find it a bit noisy.
You have exclusive access to this unit. Bedding, towels, and toiletries are all provided during your stay.
There is a back patio with a gas grill, fire pit, and lawn chairs where you can entertain or relax at will. Please note that this space is used by full-time tenants of the building as well so please clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy

Need to clarify parking is on street that is free parking. 5 pm check in makes it very hard with traffic in Chicago

I have stayed here twice before, so I must like it, right? Very convenient location and the host is quite responsive. There have been snafus with Vrbo itself when I tried to extend my stay. But that administrative hassle is not enough to keep me away. Thanks, Jason!

I have stayed with Jason before and hope to do so again. This place is super-convenient, not necessarily deluxe, but perfect for my needs. Jason has always been responsive to any requests. Vrbo itself was a little wonky this last trip because some kind of in-house rule made it very difficult to extend my stay. Not a deal-killer. I highly recommend this spot for people who plan to get out and about in Chicago.

It is clean and very basic. Up a flight of rickety outdoor stairs. No blackout blinds or curtains so very bright at night and next to highway and train so very noisy. But if you don't care about any of these things its a good value for the money.
