Very good value for the area. Everything was about a 30-40 minute drive. A bakery nearby and a Dollar Tree store - all walkable. Host was very responsive.

Street parking only available until about 5-6 pm unless you got lucky. There was a spot accessible from the back alley but you had to unlock a gate, open both sides to get in and lock it again. Added 5-8 minutes to every entry/exit. There were a few other minor items that I discussed with the host but overall it was a decent place to stay.
