Gorgeous hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and updated kitchen (convection oven, microwave, stainless steel appliances) & bath. 2nd bedroom has large (sit/stand/tilt) desk and office chair.
2 bedroom (1 Queen + 1 Double), 1 full bath. Fully furnished. 1,100 square feet + basement and front/back porches.
1 garage space available on request and ample free & easy street parking
Bonus recreational space in the basement with an oversized 1916 Brunswick Mikado billiard table plus antique Brunswick bowling alley bench seating and Hi-Fi Stereo with Bluetooth.
